ANCESTOR RETREAT
October 24–29, 2026 | Oregon Coast
Full Moon • Mother Ocean • Ancestral Healing
Five Nights at the Edge of the World
There is a place where the land opens…
where the ocean breathes ancient memory…
where the veil softens, and the ancestors draw near.
This October, under the light of the full moon, we gather for five sacred nights of ceremony, healing, and deep remembrance.
This retreat is open to all who feel called to work with the ancestors, to listen to the wisdom of Mother Ocean, and to enter sacred space with reverence.
The Call of the Ocean
The ocean holds what we cannot.
She carries grief, memory, longing, and truth—
returning it to us in waves, softened and ready to be witnessed.
Here, we listen.
We allow the tides to move through us…
to cleanse, to reveal, to restore.
The Ancestors Are Waiting
This is not just personal healing—
this is lineage healing.
Together, we will:
Remember those who came before
Tend what was left unseen or unresolved
Receive guidance, gifts, and wisdom
Restore connection where there has been separation
As we heal, the ripple moves both directions—
back through the lineage… and forward into those yet to come.
🌕 Full Moon Focus: Mother Weaver
This year, we gather under the full moon, held by the presence of Mother Weaver.
She is the keeper of threads—
weaving together past, present, and future…
identity, lineage, and becoming.
Within her field, all strands belong.
We honor the sacred diversity of human experience, including those who walk between or beyond traditional roles.
All who enter with respect, integrity, and willingness are welcome in this circle.
🌑 The Sacred Cave
For over two decades, we have returned to a hidden cave along the Pacific coast.
A place shaped by time and tide.
A place where the veil feels thin… and the earth remembers.
Here, we bring:
our prayers, our grief, our gratitude, our becoming.
This cave is both sanctuary and initiation.
Each time we enter, it meets us exactly where we are.

The Work of Ancestral Healing
When we work with our ancestors, we begin to see:
The gifts that live within us
The patterns ready to be released
The wisdom waiting to be reclaimed
Through connection, ritual, and offering, we create healing that ripples through generations.
The ancestors are powerful allies.
When they are healed, we are supported in ways we cannot create alone.

If you sense your ancestors calling…

They hold a strong, grounded, and compassionate ceremonial container where deep healing, remembrance, and realignment naturally unfold.
They didn’t know exactly why they said yes. Only that something in them had been stirring for a long time… a quiet pull they couldn’t name. When they arrived at the ocean, the air felt different—salted, alive, as if the wind itself carried memory. The group gathered slowly that first evening, strangers and yet not. There was laughter, a little nervousness, and something deeper moving just beneath the surface. Later, as the sun disappeared and the sky turned silver with moonlight, they heard it for the first time—not just the sound of the ocean, but its presence.
The next day, they walked together toward the cave. It wasn’t marked; you had to know where to look. The path curved along the edge of the land, and then suddenly—there it was. Stone. Shadow. An opening that seemed to breathe. Crossing into the cave felt like stepping out of time. The air cooled, the light softened, and without anyone saying it out loud, everyone felt it—this is a place where something happens. They sat together in the dimness, listening to the tide move in and out like a living heartbeat. At first, there were thoughts, doubts, questions. Am I doing this right? Will anything happen? But the cave does not rush.
Slowly, something began to shift. A memory surfaced—unexpected. Not from this life, but close to it. A face. A feeling. A knowing. Others felt it too. Some cried quietly, some sat still with eyes closed, some felt warmth move through their bodies like a current. That night, under the full moon, they gathered again. The ocean stretched out before them, vast and endless, reflecting silver light. This is when they felt her—not as a figure exactly, but as a presence. Mother Weaver.
It came as a realization more than a vision: that nothing in their life had been random, that every joy, every break, every confusion had been part of something being woven. They saw it—not with their eyes, but within themselves. Threads. Some tangled, some broken, some strong and shining. And somehow, all of them belonged. There was a moment, quiet but unmistakable, when something inside them softened. A story they had carried for years began to loosen. Not erased, but no longer holding them in the same way.
Over the next days, the work deepened. They met ancestors—not always as clear images, but as impressions, sensations, emotions. A grandfather’s steadiness. A grandmother’s grief. A lineage of strength they had never fully claimed. They began to understand that healing wasn’t about fixing the past. It was about changing their relationship to it. One afternoon, standing at the edge of the water, they released something they had carried for a long time. No one told them how. They just knew. The ocean received it without question.
By the final night, something had shifted. Not in a loud, dramatic way, but in the quiet places that matter. They felt more here. More connected. More whole. As if a part of them that had been scattered had returned. On the last morning, they packed slowly. No one rushed to leave. There were hugs, long conversations, and that unspoken understanding—we shared something real. Driving away, the ocean still within them, they realized the ancestors hadn’t disappeared, the weaving hadn’t stopped, the connection hadn’t ended. They had simply remembered how to listen.
The Ancestors are Powerful Allies Ancestor healing is a spiritual and therapeutic practice focused on addressing and resolving issues, traumas or imbalances within one's lineage or family system. The belief underlying ancestry healing is that unresolved issues from past generations affect the well-being of current family members.
The goal is to promote healing and harmony within your family system and find a sense of connection and support from your ancestors.
The ancestors are powerful allies!
In working with our ancestors, we see who our ancestors were. We see the accomplishments they had in their lives, we learn how we could integrate their wisdom or how we could nurture that in ourselves. Through this process we gain clarity about our life’s purpose.
We can also see where our ancestors would benefit from healing and forgiveness. We will offer atonement to the negative karma of old. This healing creates a ripple among living family members who may suddenly reconcile after years of disagreement or restore overlooked blessings.
Another benefit of engaging healing with your ancestors is you can catalyze healing breakthroughs in your family including establishing appropriate boundaries with living relatives.
Our healed ancestors are able to transform historical trauma relating to race, gender, religion, war and other types of collective pain. We journey to our Ancestors that came to America to heal the pain of their encounters here. Ancestors may have caused the pain, been a victim to pain or a bit of both. We will help our Ancestors and ourselves to heal the lineage burden of this land, bringing healing to our families and giving our country with unity and wisdom.
