The ancestors are powerful allies!
In working with our ancestors, we see who our ancestors were. We see the accomplishments they had in their lives, we learn how we could integrate their wisdom or how we could nurture that in ourselves. Through this process we gain clarity about our life’s purpose.
We can also see where our ancestors would benefit from healing and forgiveness. We will offer atonement to the negative karma of old. This healing creates a ripple among living family members who may suddenly reconcile after years of disagreement or restore overlooked blessings.
Another benefit of engaging healing with your ancestors is you can catalyze healing breakthroughs in your family including establishing appropriate boundaries with living relatives.
Our healed ancestors are able to transform historical trauma relating to race, gender, religion, war and other types of collective pain. We journey to our Ancestors that came to America to heal the pain of their encounters here. Ancestors may have caused the pain, been a victim to pain or a bit of both. We will help our Ancestors and ourselves to heal the lineage burden of this land, bringing healing to our families and giving our country with unity and wisdom.
Mindful practices to improve your entire wellbeing!
In our one hour practice, we will explore many types of meditation and the art of mindfulness.
Breathing Meditations
Focuses on our breath and using our breath for relaxation and healing. We’ll engage in several exercises to become aware of our breath, body and thoughts.
Mindfulness Meditations
The mind is an amazing tool. Sometimes it can be difficult to shut off or focus. Mindfulness meditation helps us to navigate our mind and shift it on purpose. We will be paying attention to our thoughts and learning how to refocus our attention.
Movement Meditation or Walking Meditations
Being mindful of our body while in motion. Movement meditation (just as seated meditation) boils down to presence. The key is to hone into the moment with awareness, which you can practice anywhere and anytime.
Mantra Meditations
Repeating a specific affirmation over and over to create it on all levels of our consciousness.
Everyday we put all kinds of thoughts and information into our minds consciously and unconsciously. To create a lasting thought, belief or story, we repeat that to ourselves 10,000 times. With Mantra Meditation we choose the thoughts we want to create with an affirmation or mantra. Repeating Mantra everyday will change your outlook about yourself and life.

Mindfulness meditation offers both physical and mental health benefits, including stress reduction through Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR), alleviation of conditions like anxiety, depression, and chronic pain, and lowered heart rates which help prevent heart disease. Furthermore, it can enhance immune function compared to exercise and improve sleep quality, even resolving certain sleep issues.

Prana Touch Therapy: A Journey into Healing and Practical Application
Required to begin: Walking The Wheel & Reiki 2 or above
Prana Touch therapy is a comprehensive healing modality that blends shamanic wisdom, mindfulness, and sacred geometry to foster personal and communal healing. The journey begins with Reiki and learning one's own energy. Then Walking the Wheel, a foundational shamanic course that emphasizes connecting with your spiritual guides, the 7 nations, and engaging in a Vision Quest. This phase is about forming a deep relationship with your guides—ancestors, angels, animal guides, and other spiritual allies—to bring their wisdom into your healer journey.
Following Walking the Wheel, the Prana Touch Training focuses on both classroom learning and hands-on practice. This phase is dedicated to the practical application of the knowledge gained, offering extensive time in the healing room to refine skills and techniques.
In Prana Touch Training, you will:
Engage in Classroom Learning: Learn about body patterns, plant spirit medicine, kundalini and the energy of the chakras, deep cleansing and other essential concepts that support healing and balance.
Participate in Practical Application: Apply your learning through direct practice in the healing room, gaining confidence and proficiency in Prana Touch techniques.
Work with Body Patterns and 7 nations: Explore how body patterns and the 7 nations can be used to identify blockages and restore wholeness, enhancing the healing process for yourself and others.
Through Prana Touch therapy, you will not only deepen your connection with your healer nature but also develop the skills needed to bring your unique gifts into practical, transformative work. Reiki 1 & 2
Walking the Wheel

MeeshaKeena is an initiated Shaman and Medicine Woman. She has been working with Prana Touch through her 20+ years of being a healing practitioner and Teacher. She has taken many of the modalities she’s learned and melding them together into a beautiful symphony of healing. She is a Prana Touch Master and Teacher.
What can be included in a Master Session is Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Reiki, Plant Spirit Medicine, Shamanic Smudging and Feathering, Sound Therapy, Hot Stone Therapy, Crystal Therapy, Meditation/Journeying, cupping. Each Session is a combination that serves your highest good and helps to your true potential.
Prana Touch’s foundation is in the energy of the 7 Nations. (Earth, Air, Fire, Water, Stone, Animal and Plant) These energies create our ecosystem externally and internally. Each of the 7 Nations correlates with our chakras (our innermost energy system). When we are out of balance it will show through our mental, emotional and physical bodies.
Working intimately with the medicine of plants, a practitioner finds the energetic harmony of the plants will best assist in restoration of body, mind and spirit. The Practitioner is trained to help awaken the kundalini energy in the client.
Kundalini Awakening is bringing our Spirit Self/Our True Self into actualization. When our chakras are aligned, the fire of truth is fanned, brought up our spine and opened to our Spirit Truth.
Physical Touch is a key component to a Prana Touch Session. Touch helps the client to relax and feel safe during the healing. Muscle manipulation helps to soften the muscles, stimulate the skin and awaken the nerves.
Reflexology is another modality we use during the session to bring relaxation and rebalancing.
A Warm Towel Compress is used to open the pores of the skin, allowing the plants’ medicine to be absorbed deeply into the pores.
There are several levels and years of training to become a Prana Touch Practitioner. The training includes the Shamanic Studies of the 7 Nations, learning Plant Spirit Medicine, Chakra and Kundalini Energy, Muscle Manipulation, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Cupping, and more.
